Template Issue

My last template seemed to be causing problems so I have decided to try a different skin which may solve the problem. This new template removed my voting gadget and removed the two poster analysises however I will readd them without adding them as gadgets and in addition I have added a blog archive to section the posts easier and also added a BBC News Reader to show the daily media.
